Spring beauty

I'm just taking five minutes away from this weekend's wedding flowers I'm arranging to write a brief note as I drink my coffee. The sun is shining and I'm sitting out basking in its warmth as I write. I have the most beautiful array of spring flowers to work with in palest pink, cream, ivory and white. I must have the most beautiful frilly ranunculus I think I've ever seen as well as frilly pink tinged white tulips, viburnum in spring green to add a smidge of vibrancy to such a delicate and colour palette. As well as this, I've used freesia and flower royalty, lily of the valley. It's occasions like this that I wish you could smell these delicate floral iced gems as it would surely knock your socks off - they are intoxicating and as I work, anyone wandering up my driveway is lured in by the heady scents. Pictures to follow once my work is done... Wasing Park, you're in for a treat tomorrow. The Castle Barn will be smelling and looking heavenly. (And long may the sun shine ;0)
