It's here, British summertime rolled in last weekend and with it, three more beautiful weddings for The White Horse Flower Company.
This weekend I shall be working my floral alchemy at the beautiful Elizabethan Barn at Ufton Court, there'll be some simple touches over-riding advent to the pretty church at Sulham with a sunny spring styled reception at the Watermill Theatre in Newbury. Then there's a trip uptown to Kensington Roof Gardens for some elegant muted florals.
Here is a taste of the first of these three beauties; Jenny and David's wedding took place today. I'm delighted to report she LOVED her bouquet, which is just as well as Jenny gave me carte blanche at flower market this week with just a few pointers from her Pinterest board, the rest was pure indulgence, a miscellany of colour allowing spring to overlap with the first blooms of summer arriving daily at flower market.
Here's a peek at what the guests will be feasting their eyes upon today, with a few images I took as I packed my van. Surely only a florist's van can look or indeed smell as lovely as this?
